Winter is in the air, We're adding layers of clothing and we're hungry for warm hearty food, specifically comfort food. Most people think of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese when they hear comfort food. However as America becomes more diverse so does our cuisine and I would like to broaden our definition of comfort food. Our specialty is soups. We start by making our rich stock from meaty bones. Our meats are extremely tender and they are accompanied by fresh sauteed vegetables with freshly chopped basil and cilantro. There is nothing more comforting than a hot delicious bowl of soup with authentic noodles. These dishes will transport you to an authentic restaurant in china.
