We are a family-owned restaurant located in Edwards Colorado. Our main focus is providing the healthiest, top quality, fresh/locally sourced food available.


Established in November of 2013, we believe strongly in our community and want to be a more integrated part of it. In the last year we have contributed to the local schools by participating in donations to Vail Christian School  as well as Vail Mountain School.

We have many gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options: serving authentic Asian food consisting of mostly soup bowls and Szechuan plates. Our soup stock we use in many dishes (excluding our vegan noodle bowls) is made from a bone marrow base, which is enriched with fresh vegetables. So besides tasting delicious, it’s really good for you.


APPS

We have some amazing apps that are made fresh daily. Our most popular are our Steamed Pork Buns. They are sweet, savory, and melt in your mouth. They don't come with any sauces because you don't need any with this special dish. (but sauces are also available upon request)


SOUPS

Our  soups are made with either a chicken stock (made with a bone-marrow base),

or our delite-ful miso broth, which is perfect for vegans and vegetarians.


BEER, WINE, DESSERT

We offer Crazy Mountain beer (locally brewed in Edwards) as well as our rotating wine collection. Sake, tea, and of course, Mochi are also available.

LUNCH COMBOS
Our lunch combo is a great choice at an amazing value. it includes an entree, an app, and a beverage (tea and alcohol excluded).
